Giovanni MaucieriWe all know that a good drum miking in the recording studio is very important in order to have a great sound.
I like to experiment (and I think you noticed this through my YouTube channel name) so for a lot of time I moved my microphones in order to have a great sound naturally without too much processing with equalizer and compressor as far as possible. After many experiments, I found the right positioning that in my studio seems to give me the sound I wanted and that I’m going to illustrate in detail in the video below.
